In accordance with EU regulations (and to be continued when we exit the EU). Clients data must be protected and dissemination to third parties is strictly forbidden. PETE ROSS FITNESS complies with this at all times. Hard copies of documents relevant to the client are immediately destroyed if the client is no longer using my services and a new document is raised if they engage my services at a later date. All documents are secured in a steel locked cabinet, to which only I have access. Any items stored online are via a Platform who have registered as being fully compliant with GDPR. So basically, all clients personal data, including training programmes is secured at all times.
